I was told by my eye doctor that my ocular migraines may have a food trigger also and that I should try eliminating a few things. As he listed several normal food migraine triggers I realized that the only thing I could give up would be chocolate. I do not drink very often, drink red wine, eat strong cheeses, smoke, drink caffeine often, or do any of the various other things he listed. I guess I am just going to have to do a trial run and see what foods I can eleminate from my diet for a time.

I really do not want to have to give up chocolate and sodas, they are the only vice I have left right now. Work and friends would get to see my very moody and mean for a few weeks as I give them up. Will have to think about this.
