Total exercise yesterday: None, I took the day off after an hour-long riding lesson on Saturday killed my shoulders.

I am cooking dinner for my parents later today. I have decided on making Chicken Parm. with mashed potatoes and broccoli. (I know, weird but it works, honest.)
