Exercise: 60 jumping jacks

Total exercise yesterday: 55 Jumping Jacks, 10 crunches

Weight: ↓15 pounds. Down 3 pound(s) since Monday.

I hope this is real weight lose and not just my still wonky scale. I am heading walking tonight as well and have been exercising most evenings along with trying to eat less takeout so hopefully it is real.

I am trying to get back into a routine of writing as well. I want to work on my short stories and get some real work done on at least one of the books but it is really hard forcing myself to do so. Think I am going to try the timer thing. For 10 minutes I set a time and just write, no matter what it is.
