Will power?

Starting my new exercise routine today. Main goal is to “do something” everyday, whether I want to or not.

It’s raining? 100 jumping jacks while I watch TV.
Not raining? Walking at the track (eventually running)
Too hot to be outside? Exercise tape.

I have no excuse really.
So starting today. Have to see how my will power holds out.

  1. That is a great idea and close to what I was going to try myself last week when I hurt my back. Doing anything is better than doing nothing. I still want to go to the gym, but the days that I don’t, I won’t sit around.
